Return & Refund Policy

At MeroVrindavan, we strive to provide high-quality Laddu Gopal Ji Poshak and Shringar products. As these are devotional and delicate items, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products used after delivery.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Orders placed with incorrect size or color selected by the customer (please check product details carefully before ordering).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank account details to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In all other cases, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
